The spirit of Christmas is gradually taking hold in the Townships! There are Christmas markets to visit, local gifts to buy, Christmas trees to cut down, a Christmas log to order, festive meals to plan. The list is growing…
Don’t worry. If your head’s not quite there yet, there are other things on offer as well this weekend!
This weekend, some 17 Christmas markets are open to the public - Granby, Waterloo, Sherbrooke, Sutton, Valcourt, Stratford, Cookshire-Eaton, Way’s Mills, to name a few. Take advantage of Christmas shopping early, to drop by one or two and pick out a unique gift for yourself or a loved one!
Aaaaah. The nostalgic aroma of pine that fills the house during the festive season….Don’t just reminisce. Get out there and pick out the prettiest tree you can find! Here’s a list of places where you can do just that.

This play, presented by the Théâtre du Double Signe company at the Théâtre Léonard-St-Laurent in downtown Sherbrooke, stars actress Amélie Dallaire. It is a one-person show (part comedy, part tragedy) in which she plays four women at different stages of their daily lives.
